If your sport in not in this list we are more than happy to create something for your activity.
We are running Cross Country programs for any levels up to National Championship.
We are creating programs for different Track events with a preference for distance running up to National Level.
We have a strong experience working with Teenagers and Children through Fitness programs, Athletics coaching and running School sports activities. How many times have I seen kids starting activities without proper warm up ? Or kids going back home after a training session without any stretching and cool down ? Fitness is a science, and in order to train correctly and reach your goals safely you need to learn how your body works and what are your body's needs.
